I was cleaning out my garage recently when I came across a bunch of old fastpitch softball equipment of mine. I had played in a league every summer from the time I was seven years old until the time I went away to college. Even though it has been many years since I last picked up my old glove and bat, just seeing those things again reminded me of how much I missed the game. Fortunately, the game is as popular as ever, which made it easy for me to join a team. With that detail out of the way, the next thing I needed to do before taking the field was buy some new fastpitch softball equipment to replace my old stuff.
